Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Compile and load the attached AIR application.
Notice that this WindowedApplication has layoutDirection="rtl".
2. Click on the button to open a window.

Actual Results: In the new Window, the layoutDirection looks like its "ltr".

Expected Results: The layoutDirection should be "rtl"
