Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a spark TitleWindow.
2. Create a custom right-click context menu and assign it to the TitleWindow or a component in the TitleWindow (i.e. a button or something).
3. Right-click the TitleWindow or component in the TitleWindow that the custom right-click context menu has been assigned to.

Actual Results:
You just see the "stock" Flash Player menu items.

Expected Results:
To see the custom right-click context menu.

Workaround (if any):
None that this point.

Notes:
The custom context menu items do not show in a spark TitleWindow. They show up at the application level and in a halo TitleWindow, but not in a spark TitleWindow.
