Description

Found in 4.1.0.14193

Steps to reproduce:
1. Compile and run attached MXML file.
2. Open the ComboBox and note the icon direction.
3. Set the layoutDirection style to "rtl".
4. Open the ComboBox and note the icon direction (it's flipped).

Actual Results:
When layoutDirection == rtl, the icon is reversed.

Expected Results:
Icons shouldnt be flipped.
