[FLEX-23093] Default size of mx:TextArea is too small and looks bad when wordWrap=false and have horizontal scroll bar

Description

Found in 4.5.0.14124 (but was able to repro w/ 3.5)

Steps to reproduce:
1. Compile and run attached MXML file(s).
2. Observe the TextArea control's vertical scroll bar when the horizontal scroll bar is visible.

Actual Results:
Buttons overlap. Looks "silly".

Expected Results:
Default size should be taller.

Workaround (if any):
1) Set a better default height in your app.
2) Set wordWrap=true so you dont have hscrollbars.
