Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Extract 4.0.0\frameworks\locale\en_US\osmf_rb.swc
2. Observe contents of \docs folder

Actual Results:
Only org.osmf.events, org.osmf.media and org.osmf.net have DITA content.

Expected Results:
All DITA content for packages that have ASDoc. A quick check of org.osmf.image, org.osmf.layout and org.osmf.logging show that there's ASDoc in the source files.
