Description

If a Error is thrown inside a Binding expression, this Error is often swallowed. There is no way to get this error from within Actionscript.
I propose an additional property debugBindingCallback on the BindingManager which is called every time a binding error is about to be swallowed.

The attached patches implement this functionality and don't have any negative sideeffects.
The patches are against the flex 3.4 SDK but should also work with the current flex 4 Sources.
