Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a printable component with an AdvancedDataGrid with width 100% and height 100%
2. Print this component
OR
1. Create a printable component with a PrintAdvancedDataGrid with a defined headerHeight
2. Print this component

Actual Results:
1. Right hand side of ADG is cut off, extra blank half-row appears at bottom
2. ADG rows are lost when header height is changed

Expected Results:
1. ADG will fit on page as specified by the width and height
2. ADG will only show as many rows as there is data
3. ADG will show all rows of data when header height is changed

Workaround (if any):
You can get the ADG to fit on the page by setting it's width to 90%, but you shouldn't have to. Other issues don't have any apparent workarounds.
