Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a FlexPrintJob with scaleType set to "showAll", "fillPage", "matchWidth", or "matchHeight".
2. Print.

Actual Results:
The amount of space the result takes up on the piece of paper is the same size as it would be if the scaleType were "none", yet the component is scaled larger. As a result, only part of the component is visible. We scale and clip. Sometimes, the entire recognizable part of the component is clipped (see checkbox_fillPage.pdf).

Expected Results:
Just scale; don't clip.
