[FLEX-22542] AIR auto-update framework fails with native installers

Description

We're trying to implement the auto-update feature for an AIR application that use native installers, but the update operation always produces the error 16800 (see attached screenshot).

I tried with the following build environment (both for installed and updated package):

• Flex SDK 3.4.1 with AIR 2.0 beta 2 applied, using applicationupdater_ui.swc
• Flex SDK 4.0.0 beta 2, with AIR 2.0 beta 2 applied, using applicationupdater_ui4.swc

Is auto-update supported using native installers? Will it be supported in the final release? I didn't found any info in the documentation about this..
