Description

scriptTimeLimit is not implemented in AIR.
However, it shows up in WindowedApplication because it is an inherited property of WindowedApplication.
Please see the SDK-24546 for more details.

Actual Results:
scriptTimeLimit can be set for WindowedApplication.

Expected Results:
scriptTimeLimit should not show for a property with WindowedApplication.
