Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Run the attached bug file
2. Scroll mouse wheel

Actual Results:
Nothing happens

Expected Results:
nothing

Workaround (if any):
When over the List the list should scroll.
Anytime the wheel it turned it should call the method in there and output a trace statement
