[FLEX-21058] New styles defaults for spark skins are not reflected in default values for styles in metadata docs

Description

Some of the styles that are used in both halo and spark, but which have different defaults in the different themes, are incorrectly documented in the styles metadata tags. For example 'openDuration' (which is on at least Menu, ComboBoc, ColorPicker, and Accordion) is doc'd as having a default of 250 ms, whereas the new spark theme puts the default value at 0 (quite a difference, since this value keeps it from animating at all).

This is not the only style like this. closeDuration is another one. Someone needs to walk through the style value differences between halo and spark and make sure that those values are reflected in the asdocs for those style metadata tags.
