Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. there is a bug : http://bugs.adobe.com/jira/browse/SDK-19679 filed against load-extern option, also forum:

http://forums.adobe.com/thread/461208

I searched anttask test files, not find a test case. so it is better we should add one:
a. include the option in mxmlc task test
b. test functionality to make sure the swf can reuse the linked reported classes, size is smaller with this option when parent has classes referenced.
