Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. run test app(it has resizable=false for window1)
2. click "resize window" button
->both windows are resized.
expect: only one window 2 should be resized. window 1 should not be resized.
.
3. click and drag the gripper
->window1 can't be resized.

Expected Results:
window 1 should not be resized in either case(through gripper or code). by allowing resize when resizable=
