Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. compile and run the test app
2. minimize the window

Actual Results:
The window is minimize and immediately restored. The system menu (on the task bar) shows the Restore menu option is disabled. Restore is disabled because the window is not minimized.

Expected Results:
Thw window is minimized.
