Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create sliders to change the height and maxHeight.
2. Decrease the height property. It's fine.
3. Decrease the maxHeight property.

Actual Results:
About 1/4 of the status bar gets hidden below the bottom boundary of the window. Part of the gripper is hidden.

Expected Results:
No part of the status bar should be hidden.
