Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Various Halo and Spark components does not have DefaultTriggerEvent Metadata.
This Metadata is used by Flash Builder to show the default event when a user right clicks on a component in the Design View.

Spark Components -

1. HScrollBar - change
2. HSlider - change
3. NumericStepper - change
4. RadioButtonGroup - change
5. RichEditableText - change
6. VScrollBar - change
7. VSlider - change
8. TextInput - change
9. TextArea - change

Halo Components -
1. mx:ButtonBar - itemClick
2. mx:TabBar - itemClick
3. mx:ToggleButtonBar - itemClick

2. Also, the event is shown in the standard view of the Properties Inspector. So, it'll be consistent if the same event is shown while right clicking on the component in the Design View.

There can be more components which needs this Metadata.

Actual Results:
The components does not have the required Metadata.

Expected Results:
The components should have the required Metadata.
