Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a performance monitor, like task manager.
2. Launch the test file.
3. Hover over the ComboBox and note CPU usage in the performance monitor.
4. Open the Combobox and note further increase.
5. Put focus on some other app besides the browser.

Actual Results: CPU and memory usage does not decrease.

Expected Results: CPU and memory usage should decrease.
