Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Insert a BitmapImage tag with a resizeMode attribute and get the AS Docs for the attribute
2. The docs say to use the strings with an upper case starting letter

Actual Results:
Doesn't work with upper case letter, must use lower case.

Expected Results:
Docs should reflect proper usage.
