Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch FB 4 in Mac OS.
2. Import the bug file "image.fxp".
3. Open the file "image.mxml" in design view, and make sure the two image display correctly.
4. Click the Run tool button.
5. Observe the rendering in the browser.
6. Change the folder name and the source to the high ascii path, repeat steps 3-5.

Actual Results:
The first image doesn't display.

Expected Results:
The image in a double byte path or a high ascii path should display correctly at run time.

Notes:
This problem only occurs on Mac OS.
