Description

After a discussion with people (SDK and FB) about the "recommended" list of components in SDK4, we need to make some changes:

Add alternative metadata to Spark ButtonBar
Remove alternative metadata from Halo ButtonBar (just added this item on 5/22)
Remove alternative metadata from Halo ComboBox
Remove alternative metadata from Halo Label (just for Beta)
Add alternative metadata to Halo TitleWindow
