Description

Steps to reproduce:
– Safari 2.0.x & FireFox 2.0.0.x with MAC 10.4 – Same result with (flex 2.x and 3 beta2) - Last version of the flash player (9.0.60.235) for MAC.

1. Send a big file (> 700MB) through the FileReference then the FileUpload.

Actual Results:

1. The flash player puts all the file in memory before sending it (about 1GB in memory for a 700MB file!)
2. Then the player doesn't clean up the memory. The navigator freezes... then sometimes OS freezes too!!

Expected Results:

Being able to work the the upload is in progress..
