Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Install FB standalone in native CHS OS.
2. Launch FB as default settings.
3. Create a flex project.
4. Delete some folder of the project, e.g. libs.
5. Go to menu "File -> Export -> Release Build".
6. Click Finish button.
7. Click the Details button in the alert error message.
8. Observe the string "Unable to open".

Actual Results:
Not translated of items "Unable to open" appears. And single-byte period uses at the end of the string "See details for more information". Please see the attached file " CN_File_Export Release build.jpg".

Expected Results:
The English String "Unable to open" should be localized. Double-byte period should be used at the end of the sentence in CHS.

Notes:
This bug only happens in CHS.
