Description

Steps to reproduce:
The borderColor of the tabs in TabNavigator do not match the view stack border with the default style. Setting the borderColor style does not work.

Actual Results:
The tabs are dark, while the border of the view stack in TabNavigator is light grey.

Expected Results:
The border style of sub-components should match.

Workaround (if any):
Create a custom skin.
