[FLEX-18084] UITextField not showing embedded font when used with RSLs or used in Module

Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Run the attached application UITextFieldFontIssue.mxml. It shows "Hello" in Panel
2. Compile the same with RSLs and run. The string "Hello" is not seen (To compile the app with RSL in FlexBuilder, Project > Properties > Flex Build Path > Library Path - select "Runtime shared library" in combo box. Default is "Merged into code").
3. Reset RSLs option (select "Merged into code" option again) and change the Application to Module in UITextFieldFontIssue.mxml. Run TestApp.mxml to load the module. "Hello" is not seen

Actual Results:
Text in UITextField is not seen with RSLs or modules

Expected Results:
Text should be shown always

Workaround (if any): None

Note: Using "Label" instead of "UITextField" in the above sample shows the text in all cases
