Description

Actual Results:
1. the new gumbo containers FxPanel, FxContainer, FxApplication, did not support defaultButton.
2. Our gumbo text inputs didn't bubble ENTER properly so the default button logic in FocusManager didn't know it needed to fire.
3. Our gumbo button didn't have an emphasized skin (when it was the default button).
4. The gumbo multiline text area wasn't properly disabling defaultButton when it had focus (since we want ENTER to insert a new line in that case).
