[FLEX-17131] errorString should adjust the location to display full string just like toolTip does.

Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Run the attached sample program.
2. Resize the window size smaller so that the errorString is cut in the middle of the string: see the attached screen capture "errorString.jpg"
3. Move the cursor on top of the errorString

Actual Results:
The string is cut in the middle.

Expected Results:
The location should be adjusted just like it does with toolTip.
