Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Use attached image (test.jpg) as source for an Image
2. Set the Image.width/height = 28/21 or 40/30
3.

Actual Results: Image is distorted. Screenshot is attached (screenshot.jpg)

Expected Results: No distortion

Workaround (if any):
Bitmap + UIComponent
Set cacheAsBitmap to true on the Image control
