Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Run the bug file.
2. Scale up the image and notice that part of the image is missing when scaled up greater than 2.9 times.

Actual Results: Image doesn't scale up well.

Expected Results: Image should scale up well.

Workaround (if any): None.
