Description

For making sure that the SVG is OK, I took the SVG sample from "SVG Test Suite":
http://www.w3.org/Graphics/SVG/Test/20061213/htmlEmbedHarness/full-masking-path-04-b.html

Steps to reproduce:
1. put the 3 attached file in the same folder.
2. Compile the attached sample file - masking_path_04_b.mxml.

Actual Results:
There is no support for SVG Clip Path.

Note:
Other issue, which is not in the scope of this one.
The SVG is shifted down. This issue is like "SDK-12679", but different case.
I would open a separate one. (see issue "SDK-13766")

Expected Results:
The SVG would draw with his clipping path.
