[FLEX-12909] Labels and Text should have text selectable by default

Description

I think that the label and text fields should have the text selectable by default. This is different than HTML where you can select any text on the page and copy and paste it. In one way it annoys me that I cannot select text.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Drag Text Control or Label Control to the stage and enter text into them
2. Run the Application
3. Try to select the text using your mouse cursor

Actual Results:
Nothing is selected

Expected Results:
Text is highlighted and selectable.
