Description:
The client date of birth can not be greater than the client submitted on a date.
Steps To Reproduce:
- Login into the [Application|https://demo.mifos.io/]
- In the navigation menu click on the Clients > Create Client
- Fill all the client information fields with a date of birth should be greater than submitted on a date(Note: fill data with backdated submitted on a date, not the current date).
- At the end click on the ‘Submit' button.
Actual Result: The client successfully created.
Expected Result: The client should not create, but display the validation error message like the date of birth can not be greater than the client submitted on the date.
