      as reported on https://lists.apache.org/thread.html/r82b11d9efc8c8a9aafdaa5996c909379c833767ce3ca2ad0df8eb53a%40%3Cdev.fineract.apache.org%3E, it seems like integration tests have started to arbitrarily fail on Travis CI?

      Let's track that here, but let's create sub-tasks for analysing each failure specifically.
