[FINERACT-570] The value field for Collateral should be mandatory

Description

Now when you create a collateral for a loan through the loan application or through the profile of the loan under more button, you can create a collateral by only the name of the collateral without filling the value and accept to submit
I would suggest for the field of value to be mandatory so that to compare the value of the loan and of the collateral.
