Major Description
1. Create a loan product with specified due date charge attached to it.
2. Create a group with at least two clients with meeting start date 01 January 2016 and meeting frequency as 'Monthly on day 1'.
3. On Group page, Click on Bulk JLG loan application and select above said product.
4. On Bulk JLG loan page, check 'Sync Disbursement date with meeting'.
5. Provide Submitted date and expected disbursement date as 01 May 2017.
6. Select all clients and submit it.
>Loan is not getting submitted.
>Expected: Loan Products attached with due date charges should be allowed to get submitted.
