Description

Create validation test cases for Account transfer APIs for the mandatory fields. 

1. focus on width rather than depth
2. new functional coverage should limit itself to one scenario per resource unless it's easy to deliver for more permutation and combination on the functionality part
3. Include 4 mandatory fields check negative edge test cases.
4. Include 1 functional test case  from saving to saving account with invalid amount ( transfer amount > total amount present in savings account) and return appropriate status code.
