Description

Adding scarf tracking to various locations of the project.  This ticket is to create a record of changes done. 

• Added a gateway redirect to Scarf for downloads - in process, first effort gave an error.  Reported as https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FINERACT-2084

• Added pixels to a few key wiki pages
• Adding pixel to docker landing page for project
• Adding pixel to asciidoc - creating some errors.
