      Client Image upload not working 

      To reproduce

      1. create a client
      2. upload client Image or capture a new image
      3. and submit

      The API is throwing following error

      API https://{}/fineract-provider/api/v1/clients/571/images

      Error

      1. defaultUserMessage: "Errors contain reason for domain rule violation."
      2. developerMessage: "Request was understood but caused a domain rule violation."
