Description

As a user
I want to be able to undo an active Fixed Deposit account
in order to give the flexibility to reverse an FD account that has been active by mistake

Background and details:

Currently in Fineract once the fixed deposit account is made active, there is no provision or flexibility to undo the action as we can currently do for loan accounts
Acceptance criteria

1. As a user I should be able to undo an active Fixed Deposit account

1. 1. When undo is done all the transactions of the FD account should be reversed automatically

1. 1. Accounting GL entries posted with respect to the FD account should also be reversed

1. 1. charge and its respective accounting entries associated with the FD account should be reversed as well

1. Should be able to undo active Fixed Deposit account from UI as well
