Description

It is required to have a Standard in Fineract for handling the Information entered into the Database so then the Database creation, tables and migration script should use the Standard Charset and Collation defined for Fineract.

It is proposed to use as Standard in Fineract: utf8mb4 as charset and utf8mb4_unicode_ci as collation.
