Summary

Irregular animation of floating action button in LoanAccountsFragment.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Click on "Customers" in side nav bar.
2. Click on any customer in the list.
3. Click on "Loan Accounts" in CustomerDetailsActivity.
4. Scroll up and Scroll down and notice the behaviour of the floating action button.

Expected Behaviour

The floating action button should be hidden during scrolling and should be visible when scrolling is stopped.

Observed Behaviour

The floating action button in LoanAccountsFragment disappears after scrolling up and only reappears when scrolled down.
