[FINCN-162] Back Button behavior not working properly on Dashboard Activity

Description

Problems,

1) When back button is pressed and Nav Drawer is open, Snackbar message pops, which should not pop.
2) When Fragment (apart from DashboardFragment) on DashboardActivity, pressing back button shows Snackbar to exit the app, but the expected behavior should be to go back to the DashboardFragment. Moreover, pressing the back button twice closes the app.
