Upper-case Maven properties end up in final manifest

    Description

      FELIX-3347 only partially solves the problem of various properties leaking into the manifest. For example upper-case Maven <properties> still end up in the manifest.

      The easiest solution is to filter out all upper-case properties from BundlePlugin#getDefaultProperties. I can provide a PR in this direction.
