Description

If an R8 framework implementation is available
ServiceComponentRuntimeImpl#serviceReferenceToDTO should use
ServiceReference.adaptTo(ServiceReferenceDTO)
instead of maintaining a cache.
The usage should be optional as the implementation should still work with an R7 framework
