    Description

      A -> B-o -> C -> D

        -> C -> D

      A requires B optionally

        B requires C

        C requires D

      A requires C

        C requires D

      obr:deploy -ro A

      fails as D is classified as optional and is unavailable during deploy.

      This only occurs if B appears before C in the require list for A and the required-only flag is passed to obr:deploy.
