Description

With the new light bundle (see FELIX-6146) it is now possible to trim down the deployed jetty, for example by not deploying the websocket support.
Similar if no webapp bundle support is needed, the jetty webapp bundles do not need to be deployed. For this to work, we need to make this part optional
