Description

The Bundle-DocURL entry of most bundles in the Felix Project seem to be wrong.

Examples:

Apache Felix Bundle Repository (2.0.8):

```
Bundle-DocURL = http://felix.apache.org/site/apache-felix-osgi-bundle-repository.html
```

Apache Felix Declarative Services (2.0.2):

```
Bundle-DocURL = http://felix.apache.org/site/apache-felix-service-component-runtime.html
```

Apache Felix Shell Service (1.4.3):

```
Bundle-DocURL = http://www.apache.org/
```

The two first ones simply do not exist.
The last one is just not very useful.
