Description

Transitive dependencies are not embedded anymore.
I'll attach a minimalistic example which demonstrates the problem.

With version 2.5.4 the transitive dependencies are included.
With version 3.0.0 the transitive dependencies are no longer included

Unless I'm mistaken the problem was introduced by FELIX-3565
