Description

Bundles with "Require-Bundle: system.bundle" fail to start with the error: missing requirement osgi.wiring.bundle=system.bundle.
Fragments with "Fragment-Host: system.bundle" fail to start with the error: missing requirement osgi.wiring.host=system.bundle.

They load fine if I replace (in FelixConstants) SYSTEM_BUNDLE_SYMBOLICNAME = "org.apache.felix.framework" with "system.bundle", but I doubt that's a good solution.
