Description

The LICENSE, LICENSE.kxml and NOTICE files should be adapted to the ASF standard:

• Merge LICENSE.kxml into LICENSE
• Rename NOTICE to DEPENDENCIES
• Create new NOTICE file just naming the project and referring to ASF and OSGi developed code
